Pizza Capers Burpengary is changing the way Australians view pizza this week as they kick of their ‘Tracker Tracker on Tour’ campaign.
The campaign sees the brand’s consumer hero, Tracker Tracker, tour the world to bring home cuisines from around the globe, kicking off with a spin on trending Japanese and USA dishes with further international flavours to follow over the coming months.
Pizza Capers Burpengary franchise partner Marco Fargnoli said the campaign enables the brand to introduce global cuisines to its menu delivered on a pizza, making it a hub for international flavours heavily sought by consumers.
“The continued growth of third-party-aggregators such as Menulog and UberEATs has seen a change in consumer trends which favours a variety of diverse cuisines,” Marco said.
“Experimenting with different flavour combinations is part of the fun when it comes to pizza, and now we’re using it as a blank canvas to deliver these international flavours to our customers.”
Australia is recognised as one of the most diverse countries in the world and it’s no surprise that consumers are increasingly looking for alternative cuisines when eating out and enjoying takeaway at home.
“Whether they’re craving Japanese, flavours of America, or any other international cuisine, we want to be the place people go to satisfy these cravings,” Marco said.
The Pizza Capers Burpengary Japanese range features a Karaage Chicken Pizza, Teriyaki Chicken Pizza and Sticky Honey Soy Wings with Kewpie Mayo dipping sauce.
“Japanese is one of the world’s most popular cuisines at the moment with many visitors to Japan listing food as their primary motivator for traveling, so it makes perfect sense for us to capitalise on this trend,” Marco said.
The Pizza Capers Burpengary USA Range includes the West Coast Reuben Pizza and Nashville Hot Jumbo Wings.
“USA classics such as burgers, ribs and wings have been sweeping Australia recently and we’re digging deeper to bring these American food trends to our customers,” Marco said.
Since its first opening in Kenmore, Brisbane in 1996, Pizza Capers has become one of Australia’s leading gourmet pizza makers.
